How can I migrate from an older Cathexis Vision release the latest available release?
Answer
You would need to add CCVM Cathexis camera version migration licenses for the number of IP cameras loaded on the site/server.
If the server migrates from CathexisVision 2016 to 2018, the server would need two years of migration licenses for each camera.
Please contact support@cat.co.za should you be upgrading the product and are unsure of how to do the upgrade.
