When License Plate Recognition is not functioning what do I do?

Answer


Make sure that the third party LPR engine or device is functioning,and that its licensed on both Cathexis Vision side and on the third party side.

Once that is functioning correctly consult the Cathexis manual to ensure that the ANPR configuration has been done correctly.
