What are Sherlock files and how do I fetch them?

Sherlock files are a diagnostic tool used by the Cathexis Support Desk. The standard procedure is for the operator to email the Support Desk (support@…), attaching the Sherlock file and a description of the problem. You can also save the Sherlock file to a disk.
