The auto update license feature in the CathexisVision is not working. It says it is failing to connect to the license server?

The Auto update license feature in the CathexisVision Licensing section is not working.Whenever i try to update licenses it says it is failing to connect to the license server.
Answer
The administrator need to allow outbound network access from your NVR unit on TCP port 30016 to the public server called : licenses.cat.co.za
