# How to fix GUI Crashes?


|| **Problem**
GUI crashes when dragging a camera onto the camera view panel, or exporting a snapshot.


| **Solution**
Uninstall the Dell Backup and recovery software.

There  is an issue with QT5 and DELL Backup and recovery software.
